Materials to Use for Mask & Ties

Not sure what you can use?  It may surprise you that a lot of material around your house fits the bill!  Double check below before you begin though as it's important we only use certain kinds of material!  Also, if you run out of string we have some handy tutorials for making homemade strings for the mask!

Printed Textile

You should not be able to see through the fabric, but it has to be breathable.

  • Tightly Woven Cotton Blend Fabric

  • 100% Cotton Fabric

  • Anti-Microbial Pillowcases

  • Bed-Sheets with high thread count (at least 180) and tight weave

Ribbons

  • Wide Ribbon

  • Twill Tape

  • T-Shirt Yarn/Strips from Old T-Shirts (Make your own! Video:HERE & Step by Step Instructions: HERE)

  • Shoe/Hoodie Laces - 50"+
